The Securities Building has a parking lot which can be enter on 3rd or 4th Avenue.
Rate: 3 hours/$5.00 (after 10:00 am)
Metered street parking is also available in the surrounding area.

Please arrive half an hour before your appointment to fill out paperwork. Alternatively, you can request intake forms to be mailed to you prior to your appointment. If you have internet access you can download the patient information and health history forms and bring them to your visit. You will need adobe acrobat reader to access these forms (download is free).
If you are an existing client of Dr. Paroo’s and have a confidential concern about your treatment plan, you can contact her by e-mail at nina@drninaparoo.com. Charges will apply for all new concerns.
Phone Consultation:
Dr. Paroo is available for phone consulation if you are unable to come into the office. You will be billed out of pocket for this service as insurance does not cover services that do not take place face to face.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of appointments to avoid a $45.00 cancellation fee.
